Meet Alex

Long before studying energy healing, Alex already had two unwavering beliefs: 1) The body can heal itself, and 2) Energy can be sent through the distance. These beliefs led her to self-studied and apply several methods on healing her body-mind-soul, such as EFT tapping, Chakra healing, inner child and mother wound healing, manifestation, yin yoga, biohacking - all of these happened while she was having a full-time job in Canada at a software company.

Alex always says that she never planned to become an energy healing practitioner, it just happened to her; in a way, the path chose her. One day while backpacking in Laos, she had a dream of a wise and saged grandma who looked like a fairy Godmother. The grandma turned out to be Cory, her soon-to-be teacher in Chiang Mai who practices Reiki, aromatherapy, Bioenergetic Therapy & traditional Chinese medicine. The message from the dream was clear, "You should come now". She immediately came to Chiang Mai with James as the dream instructed, and ended up staying with her ‘grandma’ teacher for the following 4 months and studying everything that she had to offer. There are several more occasions where she returned here to study and practice further.

This experience, however, opened her connection to her higher self, who then led her to Dharamsala to study to become a Yin Yoga Teacher and to receive a blessing from His Holiness the Dalai Lama - again, she didn't plan to come to India, it just happened. From this point onward, the path opened up, she went on to learn Hermetic Internal Alchemy, Reiki Master & Teacher, Cranio Sacral, and Channeling. One day, her mission becomes clear: to practice energy work to help heal people and to elevate people’s consciousness.

Now, Alex uses Hermetic Internal Alchemy as the foundation for all of her practices. She doesn't practice Reiki, Yin Yoga, Cranio Sacral, or Channeling Higher Self without streaming Non-dual White Light - as only through Non-dual White Light can we reach equilibrium or the inner stillness required to do our work honestly.
